You may be missing the correct player or plug-in for the browser you are using to view the video. 1. Try using a different browser. For example if you are using the Firefox browser change to Internet Explorer, or vice versa.

4. If you are a Mac user try selecting the Quicktime text link provided for the presentation as opposed to clicking on the "Play" button. 5. Depending on your browser settings, Quicktime may take a moment to load and you may need to select the play arrow to begin video. |
